For our anniversary my sister bought us a new cookbook.The book is called "The Blue Willow Inn Bible of Southern Cooking." The recipes from this book are from a restaurant from Georgia .We tried out one of the recipes the other night. It was great!!!We had the baked pork chops. I loved it not because it tasted good, which it did, but it was very simple to make and didn't have too many ingredients. I would recommend this book to everyone who loves southern cooking.
